TRAVELING TO MILAN
Please book travel as soon as possible via AMEX travel/Concur. Note that all your travel arrangements should be done as per any other business traveling.
Remember that registering to the event requires that you book your tickets first as you will need to submit your travel details in the registration form. Please note that you will need to register, submitting all details before September 16th.
All managers should check the travel arrangements of their direct reports who will be travelling from the same location as them.
All TCCC Leaders may not travel with more than 50% of their direct operating reports.
This only applies to direct reports. It does not apply to 50% of a team who work together or 50% of people travelling from the same location who are not direct reports.
Exceptions to this policy may only be granted by CEO James Quincey. Requests for an exception where, alternative travel arrangements are not available, must be forwarded through Gary Myers, Director Global Security & Asset Protection garymyers@coca-cola.com to determine whether other travel options exists.
Please note that you are responsible for checking any visa requirements prior to travel. You can consult a travel agency or a verified site and you can learn how to request a VISA letter here.
UPON ARRIVAL – How to get to your hotel
We have you covered! Transfers from each airport (Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo) and Milan Central station will be scheduled for you. More details will be shared closer to the event.
DEPARTURES
We will ensure that you get to your departure airport or to Milan Centrale on time! All transfers to all airports will be communicated on site.
EXPENSES
Accommodation for the event dates (check in November 22nd and check out November 24th) will be covered by the organization team and on-site transportation and meals will be arranged for you.
For any other expenses, please adhere as always to our global Travel and Expense policy.
